Definitely one of the better bits of “advertising” that MINI and Crispin Porter + Bogusky has created and destined to be one of the last as well. Check it out:
I got one in my autoweek a few weeks ago too and love it. The bright orange VIOLATION on the back looks just like parking tickets around here too. I would love to use them, if only I had a stack of 100.
I’m going to see if I can tweak this so you can get three to a page with a duplex-capable printer (like mine). Might have to forego the color, however. That gets a bit ‘spensive, I’d Christmas has drained my kizzash. 😉
I was questioning the “WERE” part of his remark, like he designed it?, and was stating that I would like to have seen a different, more aggressive, version. I’m more of a “Guerilla Marketing” type. Sorry if it offended anyone but………oh well.
Pretty awesome. Now, to see how BSSP will try and top that. I sure hope they can.
I was really hoping for a counterfeit MINI based on a Chevy Citation.
Now that BSSP is working with FGA I think they will. FGA is almost!!!
Nice Big T. Once again, your spelling is ALMOST! 😛
I pulled one of those out from Autoweek a few weeks ago. It even has the dreaded orange backing one sees when Chicago’s finest annoints cars with.

Truly excellent. The old advertising firm will be missed.
Anybody know where we can get a stack of these? Besides being fun, they’re good advertising for the MINI.
They have a pdf you can print on MINIUSA.COM. I saw and downloaded it last night.
got mine from Autoweek and Rolling Stone…
Good catch, Andy! It’s [right here](<a href="http://www.miniusa.com/link/motoron/motoring_citation" rel="nofollow ugc">http://www.miniusa.com/link/motoron/motoring_citation</a>)!

The recent IMAG-A-MINI drawing template is even better. It’s in the December newsstand issue of Metropolis magazine.
What about one that says’ ” Hey Moron is that SUV so big you can’t see the marked parking area?!”
I think you missed the point, giacomo; we’re trying to reward good behavior, here. 😉
I didn’t miss the point, I was making my own. “WE”?
Wow… okay that’s one way to end a conversation.
‘Tis the season, I guess. 😉

Just had a billboard sitting in Pasadena, Ca 12-20-05 on east end of Colorado Blvd. Gonna go back and get a pic.
