My 2006 MINI COOPER S PS/BL withs lots of extra’s including a JCW Air Filter was one of the January builds, it was unloaded at NYC on the 29th of Jan. and I am waiting anxiously for the new MINI. Should be within a week or so!!!!!!
Craig, our MINIs were on the same boat – just saw that mine rolled off at 8:00 am on Jan 29th… It should be in dealer’s garage by this weekend and available early next week after fitting the JCW suspension and a bunch of other dealer options.
Amazing to me how good a January they had with the plant expansion and all. Must have been a masterful job of scheduling to keep things going around that disruption.

How do you guys get such detailed tracking? The MINI site just tells me it’s “scheduled for production.”
Does that include orders or just cars moved through the dealers and finally sold to their owners?
What my MA told me is that MINI USA counts a car as sold when it gets on the truck at the distribution center and heads to the dealership. Well, at least that is when the dealership gets billed for it!!! 🙂
