MotoringBadges: Back for 2007

The MotoringFile Magnetic Badges (better known as MotoringBadges) have their first new badges of 2007. The eagerly awaited R56 badges are here along with some H&C badges and the often requested shamrock badges.
For those who are new to the MotoringFile magnetic badge scene, the badges are magnetic and designed to be used with MINI’s official grille badge holder. They are made from high-quality materials that will not fade in the sun. You can get a single badge for $7.50 and a set of six for only $37 (bottom of each page). And for those who have no more room on their grilles we also offer high-quality decals of each badge priced at $4.50.
You can take a closer look at the badges by clicking on each and you can buy the badge (or badges) of your choice by clicking on the button to the left. The new badge additions are on pages 7 & 8 of the site.
And of course we still stock all the classics. Here’s a small sampling of the 100+ badges we have available…
And don’t forget our very popular R50 and R53 original Motorer badges. With the R50 and R53 MINI coupes now both out of production, they’ve taken on a greater meaning for many of us.
Don’t forgot almost all our sponsors now offer a magnetic badge holder. Both CravenSpeed.com and Outmotoring.com now have their own grille badge holders. You can find information below on both of the 3rd party badges and where to get the OEM version if you prefer the tried and true original.
Outmotoring Grille Badge Holder / 17.95 (ships internationally)
Craven Speed Grille Badge Holder / $16.95 (ships internationally)
You can also get the OEM MINI grille badge holder (part #: 51 13 0 406 752) from the following MotoringFile sponsors:
MyMini: $14 (Ships internationally)
Morristown MINI $17.50
MINI of Manhattan $25
Patrick MINI $25

So, that clover badge is not quite the Alfa “quadrifoglio” c-pillar badge, but tantalizingly close. Why only 3 leaves?
The quadrifoglio – one of my favs. I guess I didn’t really think of it as I was going for more of a classic shamrock.
I’m hoping for a Finnish flag…in honor of the great Finnish Mini Rally drivers of the 60’s.
I think a BMC Rossette style badge would be cool also, or the Ecurie Safety Fast Rossette.
So what is the significance of a shamrock badge on a Mini? Is it just the equivalent of a “Kiss me, I’m Irish!” bumper sticker?
Cool stuff… quick question: Do the badge holders mount on the R56 MCS?
Also maybe you guys should get together with this guy for a ‘no cones’ motoring badge for all autoxers:

Heh… maybe GS and HS motoring badges?
So, if I order the shamrocks, will Todd get them to me in time for St. Paddy’s Day? 😉
>Heh… maybe GS and HS motoring badges?
Actually we retired all the AutoX badges/stickers yesterday due to poor sales after having them available for 9 months. We’ll definitely bring them back if we get some interest.

No guarentees but that would be nice. I now I ordered mine lastnight with those hopes 🙂

Yes – they fit on all every generation of MINI/Mini.
Sweet. My GS badge is a collector’s item now.
Cool new designs Gabe !
But I did notice there still isn’t an Electric Blue Owners Club badge yet………lol
How many times do we have to ask for a “SLOW TRAFFIC – MOVE LEFT” badge (for all of us Miniers who drive on the “wrong” side of the road)… 😉
How about a hammer and coop lightning bolt in lightning blue? chili red? etc?
Do you have one with a dart or a dartboard?
Great badges. My new list of 6 has started again.
