The 2016 MINI convertible made its public debut at the Tokyo Motorshow this week along with a host of bizarre and interesting concepts from the Asian automakers. But before we get into that we wanted to bring you our first real work look at the new F57 convertible. We’ve given you loads of information, specification and photos already. But now we get our first real work photos of the F57. This particular example is finished in the launch color Caribbean Aqua with a Satellite Grey interior – the launch combo that we’ll see in most of MINI’s upcoming marketing.
Is it enough to make you upgrade or even switch over from the hardtop? Hit us up in the comments below and let us know what you think.

It looks great…..but No. I recently tried my hand at convertible ownership with a different car. It’s not for me. I just don’t want to have to worry about sunscreen when I go for a drive, or deal with the rattles from a soft top roof etc etc. If its something you enjoy it’s great, and I like it in small doses but won’t be going back there once I find a good home for the convertible I still have.

Okay
