I dig it 🙂 The texture contrast between black and gray are very nice. In this picture it looks like the gray is much lighter than in other pictures; perhaps more pictures in different lighting showing off the nature of the colors?
ugh. i was much more excited about it from some of the other photos from the weekend where we saw little bits. I guess i still like this more than the configurator but this sells me more on the 1900 upgrade to red lounge leather….
Question:
i have seen Dave/Gabe comment on the lounge leather saying that the cost is surely justifiable over “regular leather.” is “regular leather” that they are referring to the $1500 leather options or is it perhaps the free leatherette shown here?
Heres to hoping they think the full $1900 is worth it!!
It is really nice. A subtle improvement over the previous leatherette. However the Lounge leather is so good that it’s easily worth the extra $400 over the regular leather.
And then there’s the cloth/leather combo – also a great choice and half the price of the lounge leather.
The lounge leather still looks better imo, however as its only available in red it will not be following me home. Wish they would offer lounge leather in atleast one other color.
LOL! I’d tend to say the codpiece would rub more than suck. The point of that bolster is to keep your legs positioned in the seat better; and it looks cool B-)
Glad you pointed that out Chad, so fixated with the look of the red lounge leather missed the black. Not a major fan fo the white piping on it but deffinetly better than the standard sport seat. Will deffinetly be checking out the various seats for personal fit and comfort when my dealer has his in house release party that I’ve been told about.

The codpiece sucks.
I think they were making the differentiation between the other REAL leather vs. the stiched Lounge Leather.
It honestly looks really nice.

I saw the leatherette seat sample at the dealer and the grey part looks darker than the picture.
I don’t hate it, but I do wish we could choose an all black leatherette
Is the lighter gray part of the seat cloth? It looks clothlike.
Gabe – how is the carbon black punch leather? (what I ordered).

And here I thought it was a “pillow” of sorts… Foolish me.
Jon, I thought the lounge leather was also in carbon black. No?
A little tight in the crotch.
