The MINI Coupé Press Launch took place in the beautiful smokey mountains around Nashville, TN. Before we got there, MINI USA put several press cars in front of the camera for their glamour shots. They shared those images with us, and now we’re sharing them with you.

Saw one in person. Not impressed. Same interior with tons of cheap black plastic, and a big price tag. I’m better off getting rid of my 40,000 mile rattling and squeaking R56 and buying a Hyundai Veloster. Better quality, less money.

I’ve finally figured out what was bugging me about the coupe … it’s the stripes !! I think it’s much better looking with no stripes, that first shot looks fantastic.

Did I miss something? What’s going on with the glovebox?

Ya, what’s with the large lump under the glovebox?
