Behind the Scenes at the MINI Clubman Launch
This week we along with various members of the automotive press were invited to test drive the redesigned 2016 MINI Clubman. As always you can expect a thorough review of the car in the coming days on MotoringFile. But in the meantime we thought we'd give you a glimpse into the event and what goes on beyond driving an dissecting the cars themselves.

Where are you? Savannah?

Yes

Great in-motion shots guys!

Great pictures as usual. I think the pictures we get from Motoringfile are better than what MINI puts out there themselves. But I love the one word review, and am looking forward to the many word version of it.

Do you guys know what company designs these events for MINI now?

The BRG version is nice.

Finally got to see the new Clubman in person at a reveal event last night at MINI of Pensacola. I am very impressed. There is not a better looking car in this size segment. The details are awesome.

I was really pumped about this new Clubman until I got a first hand look at it in a showroom. Everything was great and as expected until I sat in the back seat of the car.

I tell you its like sitting in a piece of wood. You can feel it with your hand if you push down slightly on the cushion. I dont know what it is but it really feels like there is a wooden board below. My friend was uncomfortable sitting in it.
Now I was ready to shell out the 37k on the sticker, but there is no way I am paying that amount of cash for a car that cant get the simple seat comfortable, my kid cant sit on that.

Sorry MINI until you fix that issue, looks like I will be looking elsewhere, such a shame.
