The MINI Clubman Lands in the US
Across the US readers are reporting the Clubman has landed. While each US dealership was specifically told by MINI USA to keep the cars out of sight and away until the official launch February 16th, a few have been spotted being unloaded off of trucks and prepped for display. Look for some unauthorized test drive reports later this weekend and of course we’ll have our full report from the official press launch next week complete with an R55 vs R56 autocross session.

Had a chance to check one at the Portland Oregon auto show. Not bad at all, look forward to taking one for a drive. Not the car for me, I have no use of the back seat in my coupe hardly ever so really don’t need more room.

I have received a call from my nearby dealer to come over for a sneak preview. A friend of mine is a MA there and he called me right away as he saw them being downloaded from the truck.
