At this point JCW lists these kits are for “Motorsport” use only. Here's the copy that goes with the products:

“All John Cooper Motorsport products are tried, tested and developed for motorsport use only and are not intended for road use. Available exclusively from John Cooper Motorsport and are not available from MINI dealers and are not covered by MINI warranty.”

JCW also has released a number of new motorosport accessories (meant for the track) which you can get a peek at here. You can check out what little information there is here.

I wonder how long it will take until some of this technology shows up in the JCW kit for the street. Hopefully we'll have more info shortly.
